Spodegreen Data Centre, Little Bollington

Little Bollington, North WestProposed

Renewable energy firm Innova proposes a data centre campus on about 60ha (148 acres) of Tatton Estate farmland near Little Bollington, Cheshire, beside the M56. The plans include data halls, offices, a training facility, a district heat network and a solar farm. The site is in the green belt. The scheme is at public consultation only: no planning application has been made, and one is expected to go to Cheshire East Council in late 2026 or early 2027. No power capacity has been published, and no operator or tenant is named.
