Our services are provided to businesses, so consumer cancellation rights do not apply. If you cancel a Sprint or commissioned research before work starts, we refund the deposit in full. After work starts, the deposit covers work done. Opportunity Desk can be cancelled on 30 days' notice after the 3-month minimum; we do not refund months already started. If you think we have not delivered what was agreed, email info@aienergyintelligence.co.uk and we will put it right or refund the affected part.
