Era4 runs a modular AI data centre of HPE AI Mod Pods on the Erin Landfill site off Erin Road near the M1, outside Chesterfield. It is powered mainly by landfill gas generated on site, with the grid as backup. Fireworks has contracted the whole site, 5MW of liquid-cooled Nvidia B300 capacity, under a multi-year deal announced in October 2026.
