Manor Farm West, west of Poyle Trading Estate (three data centres)
Manor Farm Propco Limited, owned by Tritax Big Box, has submitted plans to Slough Borough Council for three data centres on a 23.5ha (58-acre) green belt site west of Poyle Trading Estate near Wraysbury Reservoir, next to the Manor Farm data centre approved on appeal in June 2026.
