AiOnX (SWI Group)
SWI Group plans a campus of up to 330MW at the Elean Business Park in Sutton, near Ely, branded AiOnX Cambridge Innovation Campus. The site carries a data centre permission first granted in 2008 and detailed in 2022 for up to 65,000 sqm. SWI Compute says a first 30MW phase of about 7,000 Nvidia GPUs is due online at the end of 2027. A local councillor says the 330MW scale-up may need a new planning application.
